This Week's Meal Prep! (02-08-18)

Part of This Week's Meal Prep Consisted of:

Chocken, brown rice, and broccoli stir fry seasoned with cayenne pepper and a little bit of low sodium soy sauce

And

A Greek yogurt parfait topped with fresh strawberries and whole grain granola (which was made with quinoa and soy protein isolate)
